Sage is building the operating system for home care agencies — an AI-native CRM and virtual assistant that turns every client call and home visit into structured care plans, follow-up tasks, and system records, automatically. We integrate directly with the tools agencies already use (WellSky, AxisCare), work on iOS and desktop, and save agencies over 100 minutes per client intake. We're early, well-funded, and signing agencies fast. Now we're looking for the engineers who'll help us build what comes next. Role & Responsibilities As one of Sage’s earliest engineering hires, you’ll play a crucial role in shaping our technical foundation and driving the development of our platform. Reporting directly to the CTO, you’ll have a significant impact on the company's trajectory and growth.
