How to claim your credit If extra usage isn’t enabled yet, go to Settings > Usage (for Pro and Max plans) or Organization settings > Usage (for Team plan owners) and switch the Extra usage toggle on. Click the “Claim” button on the banner at the top of the Usage page to redeem your one-time extra usage credit. Claiming the credit adds the extra usage balance to your account without charging your payment method. This promotion can be claimed from April 3 through April 17, 2026. After this window closes, the credit can no longer be claimed. Where can I use this credit? The credit can be used across Claude, Claude Code, Claude Cowork, and third-party products, including all models and features available on your plan. Note: The extra usage setting isn’t accessible via the Claude mobile apps, so if you haven’t enabled extra usage yet, you’ll need to do this on the web version of Claude before you receive the credit. When does my credit expire? Your credit expires 90 days after the date you claim it. Any unused portion of the credit won’t carry over after that date.
